I found your product by chance and am so happy I did. It is about as close to exactly what I have wanted as you can get. Beautiful in its simplicity and rigorously focused on issues. I also really like the metrics - it really nice to see number of issues etc. Also the way assigning works is very cool. if I want something to stay on my radar I can assign it. If i don't need it to stay on my radar I can assign it as if I am the user.
I would like to see a few more permissions though. An option to have an issue be private to certain people would be nice.
Lastly, on the dashboard page IMO there should be a cell for each project that shows ALL open issues, not just ones the user is involved in. This is something I would like to see as a PM without having to drill into every project.
I would also like to be able to see all of my issues across all projects in one place, much as you can with Basecamp. That would be in addition to the views you already have, not in place of them.

First off, thanks very much for praise. The simplicity and focus on issues is exactly what we keep our eyes on. We're glad it's working out for you.
Now, on your comments:
* Private/Public status of issues is actually a concept we've never discussed, but I'm assuming you're thinking of something similar to how Basecamp messages can be 'for your eyes only' or available for all companies in that project to see. The simplest solution for now would be to simply have 2 projects set up - one which the client has access to, and one which only your team can see. Not perfect, but it'd do the trick.
* As for seeing a view of All team member's issues on a project - there actually is a view for that. From a projects landing page, you can click "Status Report" and I think you'll get what you're looking for. Now, a link from the Accounts Dashboard directly to this Project specific status report might not be a bad idea!
* All issues from all projects in one place. I guess I'm wondering what the Dashboard is lacking that you'd like to see more of?
